In Toronto? Book an Appointment!

I am now accepting patients as a Naturopathic Intern at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic. I provide personalized and affordable care for patients working through a variety of health issues, including but not limited to, weight loss, anxiety, stress management and pain. As I am an intern, I am under the guidance and supervision of fully licensed, highly qualified Naturopathic Doctors.

Why Come In?
Because your health is important and I want to help you achieve your health goals. If you are struggling on your journey to wellness, I want to provide guidance and support. I can help you look to the future and adopt healthy lifestyle practices that will reduce the risk of developing a number of chronic and debilitating diseases.

What to Expect:
Naturopathic clinics do not run quite like conventional medical clinics. One key difference is we spend a lot of time trying to understand our patients' concerns as fully as we can. For this reason, our appointments last an hour. The first appointment will be spent mostly talking. I ask a lot of seemingly unrelated questions but trust me, they are important. I encourage you to bring a list of your concerns so we do not miss anything. Past lab work is great to have on hand. I also want to know your opinions on what is going on, your past attempts to solve health problems and the experiences you have had along the way.

I often do not prescribe a treatment plan in the first appointment, though I often do provide some treatment. All of my treatment plans are designed specifically for each patient. This takes some time and some research (often a lot of research) as I check for medication interactions, condition interactions, efficacy of treatments, potential side effects, etc. The result is a personalized plan that is usually delivered in the second visit. On occasion, more investigation is needed in the second visit to verify a diagnosis before a full plan can be delivered. The second visit usually includes a screening physical exam as well.

As your treatment plan unfolds, you will see what is working for you and what is not. I want your plan to fit your situation as much as possible and I am happy to look for alternatives as needed. You are not expected to adhere perfectly to any plan. I work with my patients to find the specific solutions that are best for them.
